Artback NT is the gateway to sharing the rich cultures, stories and art of the Northern Territory with Australia and the rest of the world. We design pathways for creatives to develop and produce new, innovative, and thought-provoking works, and provide touring opportunities.

Artback NT is seeking to recruit three individuals to join our dynamic and committed team.

Business Manager to build, maintain and develop key relationships to drive self-generated income and identify funding opportunities to support Artback NT’s organisational initiatives. The Business Manager will also assist with administering key aspects of the organisation such as financial reporting, HR and policies and procedures.

Performing Arts Manager to advocate for the needs, value, excellence and importance of works created in the Northern Territory by Territory artists and arts workers. The position combines two roles, Creative Producer and Tour Coordinator to do this.

Communications Manager to facilitate and administer communications and marketing systems, increase public awareness of the organisation and undertake a range of associated projects to promote Artback NT’s arts development and touring outcomes.
