Dr Susan Congreve is the Principal of Congreve and Holt, a multi-disciplinary consultancy business with a long and established record of working with remote and regional communities and arts and cultural organizations across Australia.

Congreve and Holt has played a vital role building sustainable businesses and finding creative solutions in response to the complex management, funding, and operational challenges that organisations face. Susan founded the business in 2003 and since this time has become a well-respected expert in the field.

Over the past twenty years, Susan has worked with many arts organizations in leadership roles as a manager and consultant and maintains a strong commitment to community cultural development. She has a fine arts background and completed her PhD at Curtin University as part of the CRC-REP – Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Art Economies project. Her research has been published in journals and reports and cited in numerous publications.
