Tour Producer - Performing Arts

Tahlia Biggs is a proud Barkindji Nhuungku and Ngyiampaa Wangaaypuwan, born and raised on Wiradjuri and Duduroa Country. She is a storyteller, producer, and facilitator committed to amplifying First Nations voices.
Tahlia has worked across community development, youth leadership, cultural engagement and the arts, with experience spanning local government, youth justice and education. She has delivered strengths-based leadership programs with the Korin Gamadji Institute at Richmond Football Club.
She has also contributed to policy and engagement with the Commission for Children and Young People in Victoria, and to cultural engagement alongside the Aboriginal Children and Young People Commissioner. Tahlia has advised the Office for Women Victoria on the co-design of the first leadership program for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women.
In the Northern Territory, Tahlia has played an active role in re-establishing the Youth Parliament program, supporting young people to engage in advocacy, civic participation and storytelling grounded in lived experience.
Alongside her community and leadership work, Tahlia is an emerging creative producer with Brown’s Mart and the host of Wanga the Podcast, a storytelling platform amplifying First Nations and regional voices. Her acting credits include The Nestmakers, The 7 Stages of Grieving, and Bungambrawatha.
Across all her work, Tahlia is driven by collaboration, bringing people together through storytelling, facilitation and creative production to create spaces where communities feel heard, connected and empowered.
