Workshop: experiments in printmaking – roll and scroll

Linda’s workshop begins with drawing inspiration from Asian symbology or another chosen theme. Participants explore the elements of line and shape to develop drawings suitable for foam board relief printing. They make plates, experiment with hand-printing techniques and collaborate to create Asian scrolls before mainpulating printing technologies using imagery, colour and texture to create their own unique designs.
