Francine Chinn

Francine Chinn has a Communications degree and a background in public affairs, journalism and community engagement with a focus on the public sector and Indigenous Affairs. She has lived and worked remotely in Arnhem Land and is currently an engagement director with the NIAA responsible for the Katherine West / Victoria River region. She has previously worked for the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet, the ABC and Triple J, the Northern Territory Government, ATSIC and a range of Aboriginal organisations providing communications, policy, research and media services. Francine is an active arts volunteer and was an inaugural member of the Street Theatre Board of Management and ACT Music.
