Thanks to the generous support of an Arts NT Strategic Arts Grant, Artback NT sent the largest ever NT delegation of artists and arts workers to the Australian Performing Arts Market (APAM) in Brisbane, February 2018.

Presented by the Brisbane Powerhouse and supported by the Australian Council for the Arts, APAM is a week-long showcase festival that promotes a thriving and diverse national arts sector. Drawing together more than 1200 participants from all around the world, APAM aims to increase international and national touring opportunities for Australian contemporary performing arts groups and artists.

For APAM 2018, Artback NT travelled a total of 29 NT representatives!

Artback NT also provided six independent artists with tailored mentoring and industry support from selected NT arts managers and producers.

Definite highlights were the showcase performances of In Between Two, Skinnyfish Sound System, Constantina Bush and Friends and Between Tiny Cities – all four performances celebrating the unique and exceptional talent of NT artists!

The NT Delegation to APAM was made possible thanks to Strategic Arts Program funding, Arts NT.
