Juran is a multi-faceted creative – a gorgeously riveting, sultry soul singer, songwriter, guitarist and established performer. She has collaborated with many incredible musicians and performed at festivals and venues across the globe, including the Sydney Opera House as part of Wanha, Journey to Arnhem 2022. She is a graphic designer, illustrator, photographer, business owner, and entrepreneur.

Born and raised in Aotearoa, of Ngati Kahungunu, Ngati Porou decent, she moved to Australia in 2009 and spent 12 years in North East Arnhem Land (Ramingining, Galiwink’u, Nhulunbuy and Yilpara), as a youth worker, teacher and musician prior to moving to Darwin in November 2022. Juran is passionate about music and the arts and is the warm smile you receive when entering our Darwin Artback NT office as administration guru.
