Shay Vigona-Goudge

Born and bred in the Northern Territory, Shay has more than 10-years’ experience in the arts and cultural sector.

Shay has significant experience in working across various agencies across Northern Territory Government including Arts NT supporting key arts and cultural activities. She has an extensive understanding of the diversities, challenges, and opportunities that make up the rich fabric of the Northern Territory and has great connections and networks both nationally and locally, and broad knowledge of Territory and Federal Government funding environments, including a wide range of First Nations programs.

Shay is an alumni of noteworthy national leadership programs such NGA Wesfarmers Curatorial Leadership Program, the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation’s Milparanga Program, the Australia Council Arts Leaders Program, and the Australian Indigenous Leadership Centres with a Certificate IV in Business (Governance).
