Evan Saunders spent his formative years growing up in Darwin, and currently has over twenty years experience performing and recording with Territory and interstate musicians, MC’s and producers.

Moving interstate to further music with an NT hip hop band and prompted by life and experiences growing up in the Top End, Evan completed his Bachelor of Arts with majors in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Studies and Media Studies at the  University of Queensland.

Over the years Evan has facilitated songwriting and band development sessions and performances in Darwin, Katherine, and Arnhem land. In NSW he worked professionally in youth development, event management and event activation positions in local government. He is passionate about broadening networks and working with NT artists in reaching new audiences and communities through performance.
