Gina Machado has had extensive careers in marketing and brand strategy, business management, and as an entrepreneur.

Her experience ranges across major corporates, small business, government and not-for-profit organisations where her roles have included responsibility for income-generation, stakeholder relationships, media liaison, project management and staff development. Gina has been a volunteer board and committee member, and has been involved in events from fundraisers and launches, to the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras Parade. In 2021, she produced the 2021 art exhibition for the Darwin Pride festival.
