Roni Judge

Visual Arts Manager

Roni is an experienced arts management professional with over eight years working across Central Australia’s vibrant arts sector. Their work spans key organisations including Incite Arts, Central Craft, and the Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory’s Museum of Central Australia and Megafauna Central.
In a range of roles, Roni has contributed to well-loved events such as the Beanie Festival, the Australian Ceramics Triennale, and Wide Open Space Festival, among many others. They have held leadership and governance roles as Chair of 8CCC Community Radio, board member for Watch This Space (WTS), and through their work with the Multicultural Community Services of Central Australia.
Roni brings a diverse skill set encompassing project management, grant writing, business administration, governance, and the development of effective procedures and processes. They are deeply connected within the Central Australian arts community and maintain a strong network across the region.
A passionate advocate for the arts, Roni holds a deep respect for the creative talent within the Northern Territory. They believe that art is vital to individual and collective well-being, and central to the fabric of culture, community, and identity. They are committed to supporting inclusive access to arts creation and engagement for all.
