The Hon. Justice Phillip Boulten is a Judge of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, with a long history of working with Indigenous clients, especially in the Northern Territory. He is a former President of the New South Wales Bar Association and Executive Member of the Australian Bar Association. Phillip has a strong connection with the visual arts, in particular, in regards to Indigenous artists of the Northern Territory and the Kimberley in Western Australia.
